Try to schedule all of your interviews for late afternoon Friday. They will be worn out from interviewing people all week and won’t be as sharp mentally. Your advantage may be small, but if you’re rested and sharper then they are, you’ll be able to respond to tough questions with more ease and confidence. If they’re fatigued, they’re less likely to catch any slip ups you make during the interview.
Also, if you make a great impression with them, you’re interview will linger with them all weekend long.
